Fall Daily: Pumpkin Spice Your Fall Style!


Pretty much everything in the U.S is pumpkin spiced right now. You can find it in coffee, toothpaste, cookies, pies, cereal, and chips? Yes, even chips. 
With such a love for this seasonal flavor, I am feeling inspired to infuse this delicious flavor into my Fall style. How do I do it?



If you want to dress like pumpkin spice, you have to think like pumpkin spice. First of all, what is it?

Pumpkin spice is a beautiful blend of cloves, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, and of course, PUMPKIN. This is the magic combination that fills delightful Fall desserts such as pumpkin pies,and pumpkin spiced lattes. The character notes of these spices are warm, sharp, and spicy. 
The "pumpkin" itself is a "whimsical" character, I mean, it did transform into a magical carriage for Cinderella. Therefore, if pumpkin spice were an outfit, it would be, warm, spicy, playful, and sweet.

Today's look is inspired by the phrase, "Love life. Be brave." Don't be afraid to take some risk and dance in the rain. Have fun and stay sweet, but never fear the bullets of life. 

The color palette of this look is black and white  with pops of red. The Givenchy handbag is bold and powerful, while the daisy filled, cut dress is quirky and sweet.     Stay warm with a "Love" sweater from Forever 21 and finish off with red nails and lips.

Who Said Neckties Are For Men?

We all love a good statement around the neck, why not wear a neck tie? Unlike before, Men's wear has become extremely fashionable! You can't imagine how many gorgeous pieces are being made. A necktie, is a fun way to add, attitude, but when worn in soft colors, it still keeps you feminine and sweet. 
Style with a strong suit, pencil skirt, and let your tie be the star of the outfit!

"To-Go" Make-Up Bag Essentials




What do you carry in your "on the go" make up bag? 
For me, my make-up bag needs to be 3 things, small, light, and useful. 
This means narrowing it down to the basics. Everything in this bag is neutral and clean. I have chosen to keep the look "natural" because it avoids the mistake of carrying way too much product. It is designed to give your face a fresh, healthy, canvas. If you wish to drop in your lip color of the day, then thats the only thing you need to add. 

*Tip* When you buy cosmetics, ask your salesperson for samples. Tiny mascaras, perfume, moisturizer, concealer, are all perfect ways to eliminate the bulk in your make-up bag. 

1.) Make-up Wipes: 
I cannot stress how much these on the go wipes will come in handy. If your eye- make-up smudges, or your face feels muddy and needs a freshen up, nothing makes your life easier than these wipes. It provides you with a clean canvas, with no need for water, product, or towels. 

2.) Concealer:
Always need a handy concealer to hide any imperfections.

3.) Face powder:
The best way for a quick touch up.

4.) Blush:
Think natural flush tones. 

5.) Lip product:
Pick a neutral gloss, and your favorite lipbalm.

6.) Beauty Tools:
Brushes, eyelash curler, and a tweezer.

7.) Eye makeup:
Mascara, eye-liner, and a neutral eyeshadow 

8.)Brow Pencil:
Nothing gives your face a lift like a little brow love.

9.) Perfume:
Whether it be a small sample or the solid form, have something for a quick freshen up.

Hi girls! Today I am inspired by Autumn leaves. When you see leaves falling from the sky do you ever see them dance? Like fluttering bits of beautiful color, dancing through the wind. When I found this dress from alexander Mcqueen, I immediately inspired to create todays look. I accented this beautiful dress with gorgeous hues of green, and accents of animal print. I decided to add in some purple sued gloves to give the whole out fit a bit of punch, and of course arm candy and earrings are by Chanel. I hope you enjoyed the Look of the Day! xx
