Madly in Love with Valentino Couture Spring 2014!

Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli are Roman designers, heading the masterful Valentino Couture Collection. Like delicate pieces of art, they received their inspiration  from the Operas in Rome. From theater production to the intricate costume designs, inspiration came in musical form. The usage of musical notes draped across a nude, light evening dress, is innovation at its finest.

“The artisanal tradition strongly relates to the basis of what we do in couture.” Allora: The pathways the models trod on in Paris were hand-painted canvases by the man who does the theater sets in Rome.

Like little ballerinas's, the collection was soft, elegant, and extremely delicate. With every passing tutu, it was as if you entered a different time, and beauty was of another class.

Exercising like a Super Model?

Ballet?

Mary Helen Bowers, is probably most famous for her work with Natalie Portman as her personal Trainer and Ballet coach for the Academy Award winning movie, Black Swan. However, she is also responsible for the fantastic figures of many models, including Victoria Secret.

It is no surprise to me that some of the most beautiful women in the world including, Charlize Theron, and Miranda Kerr all workout to some form of Ballet. Ballet is a hidden secret to achieving a leaner, longer, more beautiful you. It stretches your body in every direction, adding muscles to places you didn't even know you had.

If you are a fashionista, desiring that model figure, check out Mary Helen Bower's Ballet fitness videos, or try a Ballet class.

No matter how crazy the the print or style, walk with good posture, top bun, and a cute ballet flat, and you will be a body of feminine grace. Enjoy
