ARMANI Spring Look on a Budget!

ARMANI Spring Look on a Budget!

Not everyone may be able to afford Armani straight off the runway. However, everyone can afford to capture the "look" or the essence of his collection. All you need to know are what key pieces to focus on.

Eyeshadow: All the models from Armani's Spring collection had smoked out sea green eyeshadow. No black eyeliner, very soft lips, and minimal make-up. The pop of color is only for the eyes. Simple lip tint or lip balm is all you need for the lips. Keep it fresh, and clean.

Jewelery: His necklaces and bangles were made of a translucent type of material that reflects light. Colors include light purple, clear, or opaque colors. Think statement, but wear only one at a time.

Scarfs: Look for light silk scarfs with beaded embellishments in colors, grey, blue, or lavender.

Shoes: All the models were wearing Cobalt blue, thong type sandals.

Earings: Look for big, bold, blue, circular earings.

Purse: The runway was embraced with small clutches. Try finding a small blue suede, clutch.

Nails: Navy Blue.

Good Luck, and have fun. x

Fashion Inspired by Vincent Van Gogh, "Starry Night Over the Rhone"

The inspiration of Vincent Van Gogh. Let Art Inspire You.

In his words, a letter to his brother Theo

"Included a small sketch of a 30 square canvas - in short the starry sky painted by night, actually under a gas jet. The sky is aquamarine, the water is royal blue, the ground is mauve. The town is blue and purple. The gas is yellow and the reflections are russet gold descending down to green-bronze. On the aquamarine field of the sky the Great Bear is a sparkling green and pink, whose discreet paleness contrasts with the brutal gold of the gas. Two colorful figurines of lovers in the foreground."
