Nail Art. Your hands are probaly the one part of your body you see millions of times in the course of a day. Whether you are texting, typing, swiping, etc. your nails make more of a statement than you know. Not only do your nails say a lot about you but they also effect your mood as well. Every time you glance at your nails there are little boosts of endorphins just as you felt when you picked out that special nail color!
